This is a niche area of the law. We work with landowners on all related issues including:

• the negotiation and preparation of conduct and compensation agreements (CCAs) under the Mineral and Energy Resources (Common Provisions) Act 2014 (Qld) for the development and operation of coal seam gas wells;

• make good agreement negotiations for impacted water bores;

• alternative arrangement negotiations for noise impacts; and

• major infrastructure negotiations including compressor stations, power stations, water treatment facilities etc.
